Does anyone know the estimate of when 2.2.6 is coming out... It's been a super duper long time 2.2.4 has been out and for some reason they skipped 2.2.5 (although I'm using the version from here)... It seems weird there are no updates in a while. |

The Release Candidate for version 2.2.6 is scheduled for this weekend, so it may be another week or two before it gets released (if 2.2.6 does get released).
This link always has the latest 2.2 status.
There haven't been many changes since the un-released 2.2.5 which affect Windows. Some of the areas affected are:LDAP
Proxy
DBD (database)
logging The logging changes might actually make rotatelogs.exe work correctly on Windows, but I haven't tried it yet - since that's not a big deal for me.
I'm also happily running 2.2.5-RC with no problems on win2k, WinXP, and Debian so I'm not in a big hurry.
I am interested in the DBD stuff, and would welcome the mod_dbd improvements, but I don't think many others are.
DBD really hasn't caught on, especially since you need to re-build Apache on Windows to use it. The default build has DBD drivers disabled.
