to find the POST method input data / page.

If you are writing a module to do anything with the POST data in Apache 2, you probably want to create an input filter.
You will need to understand buckets & brigades.

Good resources are:

The code in modules\filters\mod_charset_lite.c
especially the xlate_in_filter() and xlate_brigade() functions.

The last describes output filters rather than input filters - but it is a very useful explanation about how to handle bucket brigades correctly.
