I'm running the phperl 3.0.1 package on a windows machine w2k...its just been installed. The apache version is 2.0...I want to upgrade it to 2.2.4

I've downloaded both the msi installer package and zip package. The documentation on installation is all Greek to me and nothing I can find shows an easy installation. I would have thought this to be an easy, straight forward installation. Shocked

can someone show me a more direct approach to upgrading?

thanx
