hi all,
first, this is how i set up my 2 servers:
i own one .dyndns.org account and i want it to access both of my apache servers using different ports.
on this pc, i set it up to Listen 80 and ServerName localhost:80, all my alias are working properly at my .dyndns.org/alias1 .dyndns.org/alias2 addresses etc.
on my 2nd pc, the setup is to Listen 8080 & ServerName localhost:8080, but none of the alias are working.. i can access the normal htdocs folder via .dyndns.org:8080/ but no alias' via .dyndns.org:8080/alias1 .dyndns.org:8080/alias2 etc.
i tried to explain it so you can understand easily and i hope someone can help me out  (btw sorry if this should go to the networking forum, i didnt know where to post it) |

| Anything about that in your error log? How did you setup the second alias? in your vhost or outside? |

error log only has this

then in the httpd.conf:
Alias /test "C:/Web/Test"
i guess this is outside? i have never used or configured vhost. |
