Hello,
My website receives a DDoS attack.
netstat reports thousands of IPs.
I have installed mod_security.
As soon as i start apache, my network usage goes instantly to 99%.
error.log reports:
[Mon May 21 01:56:05 2007] [warn] Server ran out of threads to serve requests. Consider raising the ThreadsPerChild setting
access.log is empty.
Does mod_security actually blocks DDoS attacks?
Thank you in advance
A. |
