Hi,
Im having a strange problem that occurs every time I try to access recent changes.

Where did you download your apache? which os do you run?

I have downloaded apache from the official website,
and im running windows xp.

It seams that you don't have enabled mod_rewite. I'm not sure that that is the only issue. You have install a debugger, so I can't the if there would be a different error message without.

This looks like an error in a php module. Make sure that you only have loaded modules you realy need. Maybe that error is caused by the wiki, cause the is no mod_rewrite.
