ok hey everyone i am new here and also new to managing servers i just download bigapache that includes:
128-bit strong cryptography world-wide (SSLv2, SSLv3 and TLSv1)
PHP 4.3.6 with PEAR, and the mmcache for PHP 4.3.6
mod_fastcgi for PHP
Mysql 4.0.18 with GUI Syslog
mod_perl with Perl 5.8.3 and ASP::Apache
mod_jk with JBoss 3.2.3 and integrated Tomcat 4.1.29
mod_python with Python 2.3
Mailserver Mercury with POP3, SMTP, IMAP and AntiSpam
CA Management for SSL keys
Logfileanalyzer with Analog and Report Magic
well i am trying to install it and i get a message saying port 443 is being used by a next program and this might cause problem with-in bigapache i dont know how to forward a port one other thing can some one tell me if i should install this are just install everything seperate also is there a guild are something so i can make sure apache and mysql is well protected.

Do you run skype or a firewall?
you could run netstat -ab in the console (cmd) to see with programm listen on port 443. |

yea i do have a firewall "Kaspersky" and i did the cmd and it didnt show that any program was using port 443 |

Turn off your Kaspersky and make sure that also in the windows firewall Port 443 is open. Than have a try. |

Configure your firewall that Port 80 is open for Apache and all other Ports are block for incomming requests. |
