For realtime troubleshooting with other Apache Webmasters you can use now my IRC server apachelounge.com on channel #Lounge. A forum is like writing while using IRC chat is more like talking, very handy to solve quickly an issue with another Apache user. Also you can use this channel just for general chatting.
I am using the Unreal IRC server UnrealIRCd, it is an Open Source IRC Server. For more info see http://www.unrealircd.com/ .
