Newb here. Sorry for the simple question, but I'm just learning.
I installed Apache 2.0.55 on a WinXP SP2 machine with ZoneAlarm running. I have port forwarding on my router, and I can access the server fine using localhost, 127.0.0.1, and my ISP's assigned IP address, from either of the computers on my home network. However nobody outside of my network can access it. In some of the docs there was a link for ZoneAlarm users, however it was a null link. Can anyone shed light on this for me?
Thanks...

I think I figured it out... my ISP (adelphia) blocks port 80.
Could someone check this link and verify for me?

Thanks guys. Any way to get rid of the DynDNS pop-up (other than not using them for the hop)?

I was having problems w/ this as well until I set my httpd.conf file to listen on 8080 and changed my server name to :8080
Works like a charm. |

Zonealarms firewall is crummy. At my work I've come across several machines where the owners tried to uninstall za just to have it completely block their connections. It'll work for 15mins or so then cut them off.
So FYI It could be a conflict with the firewall. |
