Heya,
I have trouble with Apache 2 (2.2.2) on Windows.
A page does not validate http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.home.kreis.lu%2F while the same page validates when hosted on another server http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.glcr.lu%2Ftest%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline
Does anyone have an idea?
Best Regards,
Yves

I know this an old thread, but somebody might benefit from it. Anyways, one reason why some websites don't validate is, some servers that have ip forwarding to your server, use a redirect that contains frameset. This masks your ip address and only shows your domain name in browser. Therefor, when you try to validate your site by domain name, W3C only gets the redirect instead of the actual web pages. If this is the case, choose "Validate by File Upload" or type in your ip address for your server at the W3C site - http://validator.w3.org .
