I just downloaded the 2.4.48 ZIP file and extracted the contents. I do not have a file named HTTPD105.exe in the archive.
When and where did you download the 2.4.48 file from?

Just to make sure my mind was not fooling me, I have downloaded both the 64-bit and 32-bit versions. No HTTPD105.exe in either of the archives.
I say you remove the directory you extracted the archive into, remove the .ZIP file you downloaded and then reload the HTTPD version you need (32-bit or 64-bit) and see what happens.
You may want to maybe run a malware scan on your workstation and make sure nothing "funny" is going on?
Just my 2cents worth.
