Hi,
I would like to know if there is any place with snapshots of the apache server. ex: apache 2.4.47-dev for windows.

There is no build like that. You could compile that yourself. For us it makes no sense to release an unstable version.

When is the release date of the next versions 2.4.47 and the next major version 2.5 or 2.6?

All stable versions of apache an even subnumber. So the next version will be 2.6.
There won't be a "new" 2.6 soon'ish. Most new features make it into the existing 2.4
As for.47 there is no Roadmap. It is done when it is done or there is a need for a security fix. You can look into the public dev mailing list from httpd apache.
