I am using windows 7 SP1 and with latest C++ Redistributable Visual Studio 2017 installed on my machine but while extracting the Zip file it's showing 2 errors,
"C:\Users\Soni\Downloads\httpd-2.4.27-Win32-VC15.zip:Cannot create C:\ReadMe.txt A required privilege is not held by the client."
&
"C:\Users\Soni\Downloads\httpd-2.4.27-Win32-VC15.zip:Cannot create C:\--Win32VC15-- A required privilege is not held by the client." |

Which extract program you are using ?
looks like you extract to c:\ and/or C:\--Win32VC15.
You must extract to c:\Apache24"
Maybe you can try to run your Zip program as Administrator. |

I have tried the same with all the possibilities than at last written for some solution. It's not done as per mentioned by you or either any other way.
Please confirm what is the issue exactly is? I am using .rar for extracting. |

| Your last reply helped me to come out of the problem error the video helped me to extract the files but now after extracting "service status not showing in apache service monitor", please suggest what to do? I have done lot of research but failed. |

| Did you installed the Apache Service ? See Readme in the zip. |
