Make sure that you have the same icu*.dll files in d:\webserver\apache\bin and in d:\webserver\php. Copy the ones from the PHP-directory to the apache\bin directory. |

Thanks for the reply, I finally fixed this by checking the windows PATH environment variable.
Turns out another app edited the entry I had changed from "d:\webserver\php" to "d:\webserver\php~~1".
All working, no errors reported now |
