Hello,
It seems that the php_win32ps.dll is missing in the php-7.1.4-Win32-VC14-x86.zip file (other not tested).

| Thank you. I have installed the latest available version (for 5.6), but PHP 7 does not 'see' it, unfortunately. |

| No, you can't mix extensions of different PHP-versions, not even 5.5 and 5.6. |
