We have several machines running WinXP Pro, and Win2003 Servers. Some are test boxes, some production. Our test configuration is Apache 2.2, Php 4.4.4.
The rotatelogs.exe processes in task manager never goes away, even after a shutdown.
Any suggestions? THANKS! |

Indeed it is a little program with pain, it is also cluttering lot of processes.
Maybe you can try the alternative mod_log_rotate , see www.hexten.net/mod_log_rotate/

I just realized I never posted a reply, mod_log_rotate ROCKS!
That is the best application we have used in our testing in years! I will be moving it to our production environment in time!
