I got it working, but it only works with ssl in 2.4.20. Is that the case?
In main server I have
Protocols h2 h2c http/1.1 |

The Protocols h2 h2c http/1.1 looks good.
It worked for me in 2.4.18.
Currently the only clients I know of that will speak http/2 over tcp (h2c) is curl and nghttp2 (does not build on windows).
