I had installed apache x64 2.2 with PHP x64 5.2.7 all was working fine ,
I update apache to httpd-2.4.18-win64-VC11 and php to 5.5(X64) the problem now that my site work only on localhost .
for some reason apache do not want to bind to port 80 externally , internally all work fine .
i have firewall already configured to allow httpd external access and port 80 open .
just as test i also bind port 5080 and checked site load fine under this port externally .
So Port 80 ---- localhost work , external no .
Port 80 --- 127.0.0.1 do not work.
Port 5080 --- localhost work , external work .
Both have same firewall rules
What this can be ???
i am hitting my head in the wall for the second day already  |

How did you configure your "Listen" to?
Windows Firewall configured? Portforwarding in the router configured? Does your ISP block port 80? |
