I'm new to apache2. I am trying to find the location of the file that gets loaded in the web browser. When you enter a site IP address. I have a WD My Cloud that is running apache2. When I enter the IP adddress of the My Cloud in my browser I get a page loaded that allows me to login to the site. I can view to page source in the browser. But I can't seem to find the file on the My Cloud. I've searched the /var/www folder for the data loaded to the page. I've looked thru the /etc/apache2 files Which mention some files but they reference ${DOCUMENT_ROOT}/UI Not sure where ${DOCUMENT_ROOT} is defined.
Sorry for asking such a simple question. I have no experience with web server code. Though I have worked with multiple languages over the years.
Thanks

In the /etc/apache2 folder there is an "env file" there you can see the variable. I forgot the name of that file. |
