Hi,
Upgraded successfully from 2.2 to 2.4 apart from the following failure.
"cgid daemon failed to initialize".
The full error_log msg (with trace8) is

The related configuration is
<IfModule mod_cgid.c>
#
# Additional to mod_cgid.c settings, mod_cgid has Scriptsock <path>
# for setting UNIX socket for communicating with cgid.
#
Scriptsock run/httpd.cgid
</IfModule>
And,
<IfModule worker.c>
LoadModule cgid_module modules-worker/mod_cgid.so
</IfModule>
Thanks in advance for any help.
