Topic: cgid daemon failed to initialize upgrade 2.2->2.4

Hi,
Upgraded successfully from 2.2 to 2.4 apart from the following failure.

"cgid daemon failed to initialize".

The full error_log msg (with trace8) is

Had to change Scriptsock pathname
