Hi I am a very noob admin here when it comes to Apache/WordPress...any help is greatly appreciated.
We are running a fairly generic Bitnami WAMP stack for our Intranet site. Recently we have been getting a few complaints about content not updating in the user's browser after changes are made. I have been troubleshooting this issue and have an interesting scenario:
- If the user browses to our intranet site using the URL http://servername, updated content is refreshed OK.
- If the user browses to http://servername.domain.com, updated content is not displayed until the user manually clears their cache.
Can anyone help me explain this behavior and suggest any possible remedies? Thanks in advance! |
