I recently updated Apache and mod_security using the win64 VC11 builds from Lounge, and somewhy mod_security fails to load with "Cannot load modules/mod_security2.so into server" error in EventViewer. VC11 is installed (both x86 and x64), previous builds (I believe it was Apache 2.4.8 and mod_security 2.6.0) worked fine =(
Clean re-install does not help either. What may be wrong here?
BTW, there is mod_security 2.9.0 now and it has "Fixed start up crash on Apache with mod_ssl configured. Crash was happening during the download of remote resources" in changelog, which may be what's happening to me. |

Assuming you try to use the 64 mod_security so.
Did you copy yajl.dll to your apache bin folder ? |
