I recently set up an apache2.2 server in my home pc.It is connected with beetel 220bx to my ISP .Everything works fine inside my network(accessed by localhost and internal IP).But when i try to access my Server form other Networks it is not forwarded to my PC by my router . But when I try that on my own PC with my external IP I get redirected to my routers Con-fig page . I had done NAT config on my router tried different ports ! but nothing seems to work. Please help me ...

It will help if you tell us which router you use and tell how you made your setup.

I thinking possibly remote administration is listening on port 80 and that needs to be changed to some other port.

I think this is a NAT NAT situation. Might be solved by the following. In the Beetel 220BX Portforwarding from port 80 to port 80 of the the Belkin WiFi.
In the Belkin WiFi a portforwarding of port 80 to port 80 of your PC.

if that is not working, you should thik of bringing the modem and the Wifi router into the same network and do a direct portforwarding to the pc with apache on it.
