I am currently trying to run Mod Sec in Windows,
which requies Apache, Microsoft Visual Studio C++, Cmake, PCRE, Lua, Libxml2, Curl.
As a first step im trying to run Apache using Microsoft Visual Studio C++(In README_Windows file, mentioned as Apache must be built from source using the same Visual Studio compiler as mod_security)
Please help me out in this and whether my approach is correct |

You can download mod-security here from the download page. No need the hassle to build by yourself.
