Forum folks of AL,
I now have Apache 2.2.22 installed on WinXP...used msi installer. Having struck out with version 2.0.64 due to the fact that I don't know what I'm doing, and having struck brick wall after wall in trying to find the correct combination for configuration.
Starting again from the default conf file, I'm proving my ignorance, yet another time. But I believe I'm getting closer. Please take a look at my config file excerpts...http://apache.pastebin.ca/2307719...there must be something missing, cuz it still won't serve up CGI. The error file is clean and there are no syntax errors upon start & restart.
Ah-Ha....never mind, finally got it!!
