I just downloaded PHP 5.4.7 (VC9 x86 Thread Safe) from http://windows.php.net/download. But it only includes "php5apache2_2.dll" and "php5apache2_3.dll".

Nope, there is no official Win64 PHP.

Ok, then I will have to go with mod_fcgid Sad

I find the messages from mod_fcgid in the error.log a bit difficult to understand.
