I only see the one thing, _WIN64 vs. WIN64. That could have been worked around at the build level by just adding a /D "WIN64" in the CFLAGS at build time.

That has been changed at code level upstream in APR now. However, here's a diff of the exact change;

Yep it is a change in the source, see the Readme in the .zip. There is an other file changed too, cannot recall at the moment.

I forgot about those. I had known there were some non compiler defined ones by the time I started compiling x64, so I just added the CFLAG when building to deal with it.

I would think if Crypto is in use, you patched APR-Util also, the one I pointed to above, since it was a nightmare to compile with crypto without that patch.
