not included in latest Apache 2.4 win64 binary
any thoughts
i got
libeay32.dll
openssl.exe
ssleay32.dll
but no openssl.cnf

Look in Apache24/conf, the openssl.cnf is there as always.

any new developments on browser ssl warnings
i still get browser warnings on all my self-signed certificates |

Nope, no news on the SSL issues in 2.4.
I still using a minimal 2.2.22 in front(ReverseProxy) of 2,4 for SSL traffic, works fine.

Yes, that is your browser though, it will warn on any unknown untrusted certificate, which self-signed are. |
