This appears to be IPv6-related, but I have no way of determining for sure. Works with 2.2.22, but 2.4.1 causes the following error:
Benchmarking 127.0.0.1 (be patient)...
bind: An address incompatible with the requested protocol was used. (730047) |

I had that issue while my computer was in 2 networks and I also had that while my computer was connected via VPN. You can try using the -B parameter
