Could you please compile another version for 5.3.8? Thanks
Or maybe it could be compiled generic, so it would work under any 5.3.x ?
For example wincache works this way, no matter which 5.3.x version is used, the dll remains the same. (but i have memory problems with wincache for unknown reasons, thats why i still use eaccelerator) |

Can EAC be compiled so it works even if PHP is updated?
Wincache works this way, as long as it is PHP 5.3.x it works fine. It makes upgrading PHP MUCH easier. |

Thank you! It works quite well for me (running 5.3.8 )
btw: Which version/component are you talking about when you say "3.6.8" PHP/mod_fcgi/eac Neither of these have such a version number afaik.. |

Well this version is still build againt 3.5.7 just adjusted the version check a little, so it compares the first 2 characters of PHP_VERSION instead all 5 But being no MOD programmer myself I don't know what it uses from the php sources and what the catch is. But I guess if it runs fine, no need to build a new one |

|
|
as of PHP 5.3.10 you generic build does not like the 2 digits at the end of the version number.
it worked well with 5.3.x while x is a single digit.
Do you have some time to fix that? Your build works like a charm since 5.3.7 ;D
thanks a lot! |

If not somebody else did it already for you, I'll try Wednesday. I'm just back from Hollidays and I have no time tonight. I'm sorry... |
