I have a Windows 2003 server running Apache 5.5. I have installed SSL certs and am trying to get SSL working. The webserver responds on port 443 but not SSL. For example: http://mywebsite:443 works but https://mywebsite doesn't. Here is the connector information in the server.xml.

You haven't defined any protocol. See http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-5.5-doc/ssl-howto.html#Edit_the_Tomcat_Configuration_File

Why are you still using 5.5? I've tried 7 and it is a lot faster.

um.... sorry to burst your bubble... but I think the highest version of Apache is 2.2... Perhaps you want to say Tomcat?

of cause it is Tomcat:wink: . To be correct: What you call apache is named httpd Wink
