I found a bug of php 5.2.14.
;extension=php_curl.dll
If you remove the semicolon in php.ini, Apache cannot start and crash.
In another words, curl cannot be used ? |

| Grab a copy of the binary php_curl.dll from 5.2.13 and restart Apache. Workaround successful. |
