I updated the Apache binary.
Changes:
- Build OpenSSL 0.9.8a with Assembler, this results in faster code: for example it will typically result in a 2 times speedup in the RSA routines.
- mod_dbd with backend MySQL support. Because the MySQL license, the MySQL driver is not distributed by ASF.
mod_dbd used with mod_authn_dbd is a very new feature in Apache 2.2, see http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/mod_authn_dbd.html
