Topic: Need to access folder on sco box

Hi,

I'll bet you've had to tell someone this before - sorry, I did try to find an answer.

I am running Apache 2.2 on xampp on windows. My docroot is c:/xampp/htdocs

I need to be able to access files on another box on the network which is running sco.

Can/how do I configure Apache to add the sco folder into the mix?

By 'sco' you mean this http://www.sco.com/

If you run Apache service as a user, Apache will then have access to network shares.

By 'sco' I meant the SCO Unix box that I am trying to access.

if you want to access a Unix box,you have to make a samba share on that box and than as Gregg wrote.
