Hi,
I'm using Apache 2.2.13 (build from this site) & PHP 5.2.11 VC6 build on windows XP SP3.
After some hours of run, PHP is changing his time reference: local becomes local - 6 hours. This issue is visible via Apache and CLI lunched php script.
Restarting apache service solves the issue for some hours again.
Any help is welcome,
Andre.

Did you set timezone in php.ini?

e.g.
Code:

[Date]
date.timezone = "Europe/Paris"

set you locale timezone see http://www.php.net/manual/timezones.php
