Find it in the php/ext folder here:xampp-win32-1.7.2-beta2.exe
xampp 1.7.2 with PHP 5.3 comes with working eA cache!:

| I've noticed that the used php.ini has different values to the recommend settings. So you should use your own php.ini or the one from 5.2 |

| Correct. This should only be used to extract the vc6 eA dll that's included with download package. Pretty solid setup and use of PEAR though |
