We've created a patch to build FastCGI client library with Visual Studio 2008 for 64bit Windows.
The patch is available on http://developer.cybozu.co.jp/fastcgi64/.
The original project is here.
The patch requires the original source archive: FastCGI development kit fcgi-2.4.0.tar.gz.
Please try it and give us any feedback.
