Works well with apache 2.2.2 en the apache2handler provided on this site.
But Steffen could you please update the handler, so my phpinfo doesn't say RC2 anymore  |

When phpinfo shows still RC2, then I doubt you have installed (correct) php 5.1.3 final. The handler does not give that version number.

Apache Version Apache/2.2.2 (Win32) PHP/5.1.3RC3-dev
And ofcourse the server signature  |

Ah, that version. I do not expose PHP so I did not saw that version info.
I shall soon compile with the wright info.

Wow, we still need this handler even though 5.1.3 has been released? You would think the PHP team would have addressed this issue by now considering 2.2.0 was released before 5.1.3.

what does your - real - phpinfo display as version info?
Mine still shows 5.1.1 - I think this was already not updated after 5.1.2.
Typing php -ver in the command prompt displays 5.1.3.
Strange, isn't it?

Frank,
Sounds like your issue might be related to php5ts.dll not being latest version...maybe even more files. The phpinfo version I believe you are referring to is provided via php5ts.dll. You might want 'freshen' your PHP install.
Steffen's compiled handler is from the RC3 source, the PHP team just released the 'final' May 1. He stated he will compile the 'final' soon. |

thanks for the hint, the one in my PHP-Dir was the latest one - but - I somehow (and somewhen) copied an older version of php5ts.dll to my Apache\bin directory. And this happened to be an 5.1.1.
Now the 5.1.3 is properly displayed.
