Hi Windy
if ur stll having problem related to Php,Apache configuration, please check my post, i had lots of problem and i solved it with help of james and all. So it might be helpful to u.
Please let me know for ur register.php r u using mysql database.
If u have problem that php is not connecting to mysql then just check with the extension php_mysqli.dll
else install it.
As i had same problem i use to get blank page when i use to run this script for registering user.
This is just my curious questions, give a try it might work, or it may be useful if u later try to connect with mysql database.
