Hi, not quite sure if this is the correct place but will ask anyway.
Have downladed the apache_2.2.9-win32-x86-openssl-0.9.8h.msi from apache.org to update my 2.2.8 that has been ok.
Have stopped service, desinstalled 2.2.8 and rebooted.
But whwn running the 2.2.9 installer obtained an error:
Internal error 2715.apr_ldap-1.dll that never allowed me to run the install.
The only solution was to reinstall 2.2.8 again.
Have googled a lot but not able to find any help.
XP fully updated.
Any help, pls. |

i just noticed it too,
looks like apache.org fcked up the installer.
i cant understand and refuse to accept why they would make such mistake before releasing the files. |

Ok, then it should be a file missing or corrupted in the installer.
These things happens when we are the first to use it 
No big problem for now.
Hope they can fix it soon. |

Good news.
Believe packages have been updated.
apache_2.2.9-win32-x86-openssl-0.9.8h-r2.msi 14-Jun-2008 18:42
was used in a valid upgrade to 2.2.9.
Good work. |
