I am new again to the apache on windows and I am having a few problems. I am getting the message in the command line prompt when I am trying to install apache as a service. I get to the apache2\bin directory fine then I type "httpd -k install" after the closing widget in the command line and I get this message "httpd is not recognized as an internal or external command".
I am sure that I am not doing something right can some one please help. I have also looked on several boards and haven't seen anything on this subject. this forum seemed to have the better service for my needs. Thanks for any help!
I am sure I am going to have other problems till I learn more.

I am running 2.0 on my windows vista home premium and I don't remember exactly where I downloaded the files. It was from one of the mirrors from the apache.org site. |
