Hi,
I have a Supermicro X6DVL-EG2 motherboard that has a hardware watchdog built in. I'm running Server 2003 and sometimes Longhorn Server. I've done alot of googling and have come up with very little about how I can use the watchdog. From what I've read, I need a windows service or program that will reset the timer periodically, if it doesn't the system auto restarts in order to unfreeze everything. Does anyone know where I can find a windows service or program to do this? I've come up with nothing useful...
Thanks!

I don't know how to reset that timer, but easiest is to use the taskplaner from windows itself. |

*shrug
I have no idea how to even interface with it. In the motherboard manual it says something to the effect of "you will have to write your own software"
