I have read somewhere's that there's mod_ftp for windows that is read ONLY for win32. Is that correct? Where can I find that file at? I also would like to know when is it gonna be just like the mod_ftp for linux?

I don't think it's for 2.2 yet but here it is: http://www.outoforder.cc/projects/apache/mod_ftpd/
Here's the quote from his site:
