| I just downloaded PHP 7. I changed the httpd.conf to load the PHP 7 module and setup the PHP.ini file, but Apache will not start. Anyone tell me what I missed? |

I have VC 2005,2008,2010,2012,2013,(2015-2019 version 14.26.28720) both x86 & x64 installed. I am running Windows 7 pro. |
