In my own builds I upraded to mod_http2 1.12.1
https://github.com/icing/mod_h2/releases

Test driving it on my dev server (VC9 x86 OpenSSL 1.0.2q). Comfirmed that mod_md is working as expected (for the initial ACME request).

We at Apache Lounge only make modules available which are committed and revieuwed by ASF HTTPD project. Also experience learns that icing-git can give issues.

Exception we can make with critical errors where the new code is already in SVN trunk/branches.

We are lucky Steffen and Gregg are HTTPD comitters and PMC members.

I upgraded mod_http2, not mod_md. mod_http2 has nothing to do with ACMEv2.

mod_http2 1.12.1 will most likely be in ASF subversion soon:
