When I established myphpadmin , Apach24 dont work. Earlier Apache24 have worked. Now comes out error message "You cannot run the program because libssh2.dll is not on the computer. Try reinstalling the program". What need make ?

For which PHP-version? x86 or x64?

Browse around over there if you do not use PHP 7.2 x64.

For w64. I installed php-7.2.7-Win32-VC15-x64.zip 15.07 and phpMyAdmin-4.8.2-all-languages.zip 18.07.
Where need place it libssh2-1.8.0-vc15-x64.zip and how ?

Put the libssh2.dll inside https://windows.php.net/downloads/php-sdk/deps/vc15/x64/libssh2-1.8.0-vc15-x64.zip in the directory with the php.exe. If that still does not work, put the same libssh2.dll in Apache;s bin directory.

I installed libssh2.dll in System32. Then I have runed Apache HTTP Server and got message "System error. The program cannot be downloaded because there on computer absent: icuuc61.dll, fb client.dll, libsosl.dll, OCI.dll. Try reinstalling the program". I pressed a few times ok.
I have runed ApacheMonitor.exe and got message "the requested operation has failed!" but link localhost has showed and I saw information php.info. Apache24 starts. I don't know how important these others are dll. Thanks.

I put the libssh2.dll inside the php.exe and in Apache;s bin directory. But message appears again "On the computer is missing icuuc61.dll, fb client.dll, libsosl.dll, OCI.dll". What need make to Apache loaded normally?
