Apache httpd 2.4.35 is around the corner, voting at ASF has started.. Expected that this is becoming the final.

Just downloaded the 64-bit version of HTTPD 2.4.35 and so far everything appears to be running smooth.

Vote passed, today I make GA available, not with OpenSSL 1.1.1 but OpenSSL 1.1.0i, there is compatibility issue with TLSv1.2.
