Version 2.9.3 and 2.9.5 only available for VC16 Win64.
Version 2.9.2 is the last VC15 version.

Do not forget to copy yajl.dll to the apache /bin folder !

ModSecurity 2.9.5 is now only available for Win64 VS16.
