I am trying to install Apache on my computer (on win XP Home Edition with SP2)
well...the problem is that i am not connected to a LAN or modem or anything...so when i install...what do i write in those 3 editboxes in the install?
- Network domain
- Server Name
- Administrator's Email Adress
the problem is in that email adress...that what it says in the error...
in the first 2 editboxes i wrote:
-localdomain
-localhost
but what do i write in the email edit box

I supposed you put
- root is for domain (or put 127.0.0.1 which is your local network domain or ip address)
- localhost is server name
- put any email address |

Edit:
I am sorry for the net work domain you need to put your Full computer name that you can find out in control panel by clicking control panel ->Performance and Maintenance -> System -> and under computer name tab you will find your full compyter name |
