Dear all,
Currently I have 1 issue with Apache(64 bit, installed on Windows 2012 R2) as following:

-This issue sometime causes the Apache unresponsive.
-At that time, I cannot found any issue with server resources.
Anyone has the same issue with that? Please help me!!

Any indication in the Apache logs and/or Windows Event Viewer ?
Did you tried:
AcceptFilter http none
AcceptFilter https none
EnableSendfile off
EnableMMAP off

That why I called it strange...
There's no log, windows event... Suddently Apache cannot access.
Default config as following:
